THE AVENUE SENIOR APARTMENTS

#TeamLHC recently broke ground in Franklin, LA, on The Avenue, an exciting adaptive reuse project that will transform the former Franklin Foundation Hospital into 72 affordable senior apartments. This redevelopment will preserve a significant community asset while creating safe, quality, affordable, and energy-efficient housing for seniors aged 55 and older. We’re grateful to our partners whose collaboration and dedication are helping bring this vision to life and strengthen the future of the Franklin community!
