From the Site Settings menu, click Website > Navigation
To add a child item, hover over the Parent Item > click > select Child Item
Enter the name of your menu item
From the select a page dropdown, locate the page you want to link to
1. If you want to link to an outside source, click (on your child item) and choose a “Replace With” option.
To sort the order of your menu items or to move an item out from under a parent, click and hold the left-hand-side of the item then drag-and-drop the menu item into place.
Once you’ve finished adding all your new menu items, click

URL Redirects

Any time you change a pages URL path HubSpot will automatically create a URL Redirect, to prevent visitors from hitting a 404 Error page. If you need to add your own redirect, modify or delete a redirect you can do that from this section.

From the Site Settings menu, click Domains & URLs
Click the URL Redirects tab (Click Go to URL Mappings)
Click Add a New Redirect to create a new mapping
Or click the next to an existing mapping to edit or delete
