Baton Rouge, LA —Today, The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) celebrated the groundbreaking of The Reserve at Joor Place in East Baton Rouge Parish. 360 units designed to be multifamily housing, designated at 30%, 60%, and 70% of the Area Median Income.

The residential buildings will include three-story walkable buildings with hardiplank and brick exterior, along with energy efficient windows. Site amenities include a swimming pool, a dog park, a basketball court, a playground and a business center. Families will have the option to choose between various bedroom options, up to a 4-bedroom unit.
