The LHC Board of Directors approved the resolution of accepting the proposal of Raymond James & Associates, Inc. for the purchase of an additional Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000) Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for the NSA East Bank Apartments Project located at 4440 Dauphine Street, New Orleans, Orleans Parish, LA 70117.
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE
Approved the resolution to amend the LHC Bylaws (previously discussed at the July 15, 2026 Annual Board of Directors Meeting and provided in writing to the Board in the call of the meeting) by adding an additional subsection to LHC Bylaws Article VI, Section 5 regarding Statewide Housing Planning/Policy Responsibilities (LHC Bylaws Article VI, - Committees Section 5, Subsection H).
