LHC cordially invites all interested parties to participate in the 2025-2026 Draft QAP Public Hearing on Monday, January 6, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The hearing will take place at LHC Headquarters located on Quail and will also be available virtually by accessing the link below.
The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) has released the Draft 2025-2026 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). To access the 2025-2026 Draft QAP, please visit LHC's Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) webpage.
Additionally, copies of the QAP are also available at the offices of LHC Headquarters located at 2415 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70808
