6 June 2024—The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) team is extremely thankful for Governor Landry’s commitment to housing for the State of Louisiana. LHC is fortunate to have the leadership of Board Chairman Stephen Dwyer. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the agency. “Chairman Dwyer is exactly what LHC needs to bring housing systems into the position Governor Landry has envisioned,” said Executive Director Marjorianna Willman. "We also want to thank former Chairman Alfred Harrell for his continued contributions to LHC and the State of Louisiana."
Mr. Stephen I. Dwyer is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas and is a licensed title insurance agent. Mr. Dwyer practices in the areas of business transactions, business litigation, and commercial real estate development. He teaches real estate development law as a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Loyola University School of Law and is also a real estate lecturer. In addition, Mr. Dwyer serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
