May 13, 2026—The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) is pleased to announce that reservations for singlewide manufactured homes are now being accepted through conventional loan products, including FNMA HFA Preferred and FHLMC HFA Advantage.
This expansion reflects LHC's continued commitment to increasing affordable homeownership opportunities for Louisiana residents by providing more flexible financing options.
