As a leading agency dedicated to affordable housing solutions in Louisiana, LHC is committed to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability in housing programs throughout the state.

"Our mission at the Louisiana Housing Corporation goes beyond providing housing; we strive to improve the quality of life for our residents," said Marjorianna Willman, Interim Executive Director of the Louisiana Housing Corporation. "Our Energy Assistance program not only helps Louisianans reduce their energy bills but also contributes to a greener and more sustainable Louisiana."

Throughout October, LHC will host educational workshops and events to engage with communities and promote energy awareness. These initiatives will focus on educating residents, landlords, and developers about the benefits of energy-efficient housing, and providing resources and incentives for implementing energy-saving measures.
