This will establish the maximum qualified basis and low-income housing credits to GWT Housing Partners, LLC to authorize as may be necessary to allocate 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to accept the proposal of Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust Company or such other purchaser as may be designated by the Taxpayer for the purchase of said bonds. |

Accepted the proposal of Citibank, N.A. for the purchase of an additional $1.5M above the previously delivered $14M Multifamily Housing Governmental Note for the Millennium Studios III Project.
Le Fleur Apartments | Lake Charles, LA
Authorized the reduction in the number of buildings and units in the project from 15 buildings to two buildings and from 88 units to 48 units for Le Fleur Apartments.
