Greenwood Terrace | Shreveport, LA

LHC Board of Directors approved the intention to issue an additional $2.5M of Multifamily Revenue Bonds for Greenwood Terrace. This will establish the maximum qualified basis and low-income housing credits to GWT Housing Partners, LLC to authorize as may be necessary to allocate 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to accept the proposal of Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust Company or such other purchaser as may be designated by the Taxpayer for the purchase of said bonds. 

 

KHA Affordable Properties | Kenner, LA

Accepted the proposal of R4 Capital Funding for the purchase of an additional $2M above the previously approved $24M Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note for KHA Affordable properties located on multiple scattered sites on and around 1013 31st Street in Kenner. 

 

Millennium Studious Project III | Shreveport, LA

Accepted the proposal of Citibank, N.A. for the purchase of an additional $1.5M above the previously delivered $14M Multifamily Housing Governmental Note for the Millennium Studios III Project.

 

Le Fleur Apartments | Lake Charles, LA

Authorized the reduction in the number of buildings and units in the project from 15 buildings to two buildings and from 88 units to 48 units for Le Fleur Apartments.

LHC Board of Directors would like to thank LHC Board of Directors Coordinator-Secretary Barry Brooks for ensuring LHC is in compliance with offering virtual meeting opportunities.

 

  • Approved the resolution of adopting Virtual Meeting Rules to allow the LHC Board to conduct meetings electronically and to adopt rules providing for disability accommodations, all in accordance with Act 393 of the 2023 Regular Session of the Legislature. 
  • Approved and authorized the issuance of not exceeding $125,000,000 of Louisiana Housing Corporation Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds in one or more tax-exempt or taxable series or subseries. 
  • Approved the State's 2025Draft Qualified Allocation Plan ("QAP") resolution.
