Blog & Press Releases

This section references all blog posts and press release article as found on the Blog and Press Release pages of the website. To locate your blog posts/press releases, navigate to Marketing > Website > Blog. Instructions provided below will begin from this screen.

*By default, you will be directed to the LHC Blog. To manage your Press Releases, select the Press Releases Blog from the dropdown.

Create Blog Post

  1. To start a new post, click Guide_CreateBlogPost 
  2. Select an editing format, we recommend Inline Edit Mode.
  3. Click in the Post Body section of the page to insert your content.
  4. Navigate to the Settings tab to insert all the details for your post, including:
    1. Title
    2. Featured Image
    3. Author
    4. Tags
    5. Meta Description (SEO)
    6. Blog URL (Please note that a redirect will be setup automatically if this changes, but it’s recommended that you not change this after a post has already been published)
  5. Navigate to the Publish or Schedule tab to determine when you would like to publish your post. You can select Publish Now or select a Scheduled Date.
  6. Click Button_Update or Button_Publish to save your post.

Edit Blog POst

  1. From the list of Posts, locate the post you wish to update and click the title link to edit.
  2. To edit the content: Hover your mouse over the content section and click to open the editor.
  3. To edit the post details: Navigate to the Settings tab and update one or all of the following:
    1. Title
    2. Featured Image
    3. Author
    4. Tags
    5. Meta Description (SEO)
    6. Blog URL (Please note that a redirect will be setup automatically if this changes, but it’s recommended that you not change this after a post has already been published).
  4. To edit the post date: Navigate to the Publish or Schedule tab and click Change Publish Date.

Delete/Archive/Unpublish POST

  • To Delete: Click Button_More and select Delete (from the dropdown).
    • If you delete a post it cannot be recovered. If you are unsure whether or not a post is okay to be deleted, select Unpublish or Archive instead.
  • To Archive: Click Button_More and select Archive (from the dropdown).
    • If you no longer need a post, but want to store a copy of it, use Archive.
  • To Unpublish: Click Button_Moreand select Unpublish (from the dropdown).
    • If you need to temporarily remove a post, but still be able to access it for editing, select Unpublish.
