Email Templates

This section references the custom created email templates available. To locate and create a new email campaign, navigate to Marketing > Email. All instructions provided below will begin from this screen.

Create New Email

  1. To start a new email, click Create Email (button).
  2. Select an Editor
    1. Classic Editor (For Standard Emails)
    2. Drag & Drop Builder (For Unique Emails) *If you wish to use this tool, begin by cloning the email campaign titled [TEMPLATE] Duplicate to Create NEW EMAIL to use as a starting point for your design.
  3. From the Classic Editor, select a template. Choose from three available email templates:
    1. LHC - Standard
    2. LHC - Standard - 2 Column Bottom
    3. LHC - Standard - Multiple Sections
  4. Enter a Title for your email and click Create Email.
  5. From the editor, click the body text to edit.
  6. Customize your email details in the section above your email template, including
    1. From (Name & Email)
    2. Subject Line
    3. Preview Text
  7. Go to the Settings tab to select a Subscription Type.
  8. Go to the Recipients tab to select a who the email will be sent to.
  9. Go to Review to verify that all the fields and settings are correct.
  10. Go to Send or Schedule to decide when your email will be sent.
  11. To test your email before sending, click the [envelope icon] in the left menu bar and enter email address(es) to send to.

Send Previously Sent Email to New List

  1. From the list of sent emails, hover over the email and click Actions > Details.
  2. From the details page, click Actions > Send to More (or choose Send Test Email)
  3. Choose an email or list of emails to send to.
  4. Click Next
  5. Once you’re ready to send your email, click Send

Create Daily Rates Email

  1. To start a new email, click Create Email (button).
  2. Select an Editor: Classic Editor (For Standard Emails)
  3. From the Classic Editor, select the Daily Rates Email Template
  4. Enter a Title for your email and click Create Email
  5. *All rates and additional information within the email is auto-populated. The only section you must update before sending is the date that the rates are valid for.
  6. From the editor, click the body text to edit and update the text that says [Enter Today’s Date Here].
  7. Customize your email details in the section above your email template, including:
    1. From (Name & Email)
    2. Subject Line
    3. Preview Text
  8. Go to the Settings tab to select a Subscription Type.
  9. Go to the Recipients tab to select a who the email will be sent to.
  10. Go to Review to verify that all the fields and settings are correct.
  11. Go to Send or Schedule to decide when your email will be sent.
  12. To test your email before sending, click the [envelope icon] in the left menu bar and enter email address(es) to send to.
