Website Pages

This section references all pages of the website as found in the site menu. To locate your website pages, navigate to Marketing > Website > Website Pages. All instructions provided below will begin from this screen.

Create a New Page

1. To start a new page, click Button_CreateWebsite

2. Select a template: Several template layouts have been created as a starting point. It is recommended that you review the existing pages in your site beforehand to determine which template is commonly used for content similar to what you are adding.

For entry level content (landing pages), choose from one of the following layouts:

  • Landing Page - Image
  • Landing Page - Image with 12 Links
  • Landing Page - Image with 13 Links
  • Landing Page - No Image
  • Landing Page - No Image 2
  • Landing Page - No Image with 12 Links
For 2nd/3rd level content (subpages), choose from one of the following layouts:
  • Subpage - No Sidebar
  • Subpage - No Sidebar - 1 Block
  • Subpage - Sidebar
  • Subpage - Sidebar - No Accordions
For embedded forms/or generic copy, choose from one of the following layouts:
  • Form Page - 1 Block - Image
  • Form Page - 1 Block - No Image
  • Form Page - 2 Blocks - Image
  • Form Page - 2 Blocks - No Image
  • General Page - 1 Block - Image - CTA
  • General Page - 1 Block - Image - No CTA
  • General Page - 1 Block - Image - Subscribe
  • General Page - 1 Block - No Image - CTA
  • General Page - 1 Block - No Image - No CTA
  • General Page - 1 Block - No Image - Subscribe
  • General Page - 2 Blocks - Image - CTA
  • General Page - 2 Blocks - Image - No CTA
  • General Page - 2 Blocks - Image - Subscribe
  • General Page - 2 Blocks - No Image - CTA
  • General Page - 2 Blocks - No Image - No CTA

3. Enter the page title (for internal purposes, this can be titled differently than the actual page name that appears to the public).

4. Once your new page has loaded, update the official page name and page url located under the Settings tab. 

5. Navigate back to the Content tab to update/add content to your page. Hover your mouse over the section you want to edit and click to open the editor.

  • If the a lock icon appears when you hover a section, it means that section can not be edited locally.
  • For text boxes, you can edit on page. Other types of modules will open from the left-hand side menu bar. You can also navigate to a particular module from the list by clicking Icon_Cube then selecting the module you wish to edit.
  • If the template selected for that page contains “Flexible Columns” you have the option to add/remove modules. Click Icon_Cube to see which options are available.

6. Your content will save automatically as you go. Once you’re ready to push your changes live to the public, click Button_Publish

Edit a Page

  1. From the list of Website Pages, locate the page you wish to update and click Button_Edit

  2. Hover your mouse over the section you want to edit and click to open the editor. *If the a lock icon appears when you hover a section, it means that section can not be edited locally.

  3. For text boxes, you can edit on page. Other types of modules will open from the left-hand side menu bar. You can also navigate to a particular module from the list by clicking Icon_Cube then selecting the module you wish to edit.

  4. If the template selected for that page contains “Flexible Columns” you have the option to add/remove modules. Click Icon_Cube to see which options are available.

  5. Your changes will save as you go or you can click Button_Save (in the top right-hand side).

  6. To update the pages details (page name, url path, meta, etc.) click the Settings tab.  

  7. To make all changes visible to the public, click Button_Update

Delete/Archive/Unpublish Page

  • To Delete: Click Button_More and select Delete (from the dropdown).
    • If you delete a page it cannot be recovered. If you are unsure whether or not a page is okay to be deleted, select Unpublish or Archive instead.
  • To Archive: Click Button_More and select Archive (from the dropdown).
    • If you no longer need a page, but want to store a copy of it, use Archive.
  • To Unpublish: Click Button_Moreand select Unpublish (from the dropdown).
    • If you need to temporarily remove a page, but still be able to access it for editing, select Unpublish.

Custom Pages

Select pages within your website -OR- select sections on a page are not editable through the Website Page tools. These pages are typically using a custom coded template or data table. Examples of these types of pages include: Document Libraries, Leadership, Board of Directors, Daily Rates, Directory, etc (click an example to see instructions).
