Program Details

• Competitive 30-year fixed rate
• Household income up to $99,000 based upon borrower(s)’ income only
• Minimum credit score of 640
• Above 80% AMI allowed with pricing variances
• The property must be located in Louisiana
• 97% LTV / 105% CLTV
• Homebuyer education required for first-time homebuyers
