BATON ROUGE, LA – The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) proudly welcomes four new Executive Administrators who will undoubtedly advance our mission of ensuring that every Louisiana resident is granted an opportunity to obtain safe, affordable, energy-efficient housing. Fulfilling these four integral roles enhances LHC’s connectivity to external stakeholders and furthers our commitment to the communities that we serve. Executive Director Joshua G. Hollins reiterates his dedication to the success of Louisiana’s families through strengthening the leadership family within our organization. The Louisiana Housing Corporation welcomes: Marjorianna Willman – Chief Operating and Legal Officer, Rachel Haney – Public Relations Director, Portia Johnson – Policy Director, and Jarvis Lewis – Director of Governmental Affairs.
Marjorianna Willman – Chief Operating and Legal Officer; previously served as the Director for The City of New Orleans Office of Housing Policy and Community Development and brings over twenty years of accomplished service as an industry leader in the housing and legal sector.
Rachel Haney – Public Relations Director; previously served as the Communications Director of The Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority and brings over fifteen years of diversified experience in strategic media relations, public affairs, and brand development in both public and private sectors.
Portia Johnson –Policy Director; previously served as Attorney for The State Office of Community Development and brings demonstrative experience regarding a vast array of legal matters, compliance, and external programmatic engagement.
Jarvis Lewis – Director of Governmental Affairs; previously served as the Director of External Affairs & Engagement for Finance New Orleans and brings a well-established history of collaborating with political organizations, comprehensive legislative development, and strategic communications.
