Are you interested in purchasing a home, but don’t know where to start? Are you concerned about your credit scores or the lack of funds to make a down payment? If you answered yes to either question, this class is for you!

Make plans to attend our 7-hour homebuyer education course located at Louisiana Housing Corporation, 2415 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. During this one-day face-to-face class, you will learn key aspects of the homebuyer's journey:

• budgeting and credit management
• down payment assistance
• low-interest loans
• team of experts
• homebuyer rights
