The Louisiana Housing Corporation is hosting a
MANDATORY for CoC and ESG subrecipients
National Standards for the Physical
Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE)
This training curriculum will enhance your understanding of NSPIRE
inspections and best practices to ensure best results.
The Federal Register notice extends the NSPIRE compliance date for
programs administered by HUD’s Office of Community Planning and
Development (CPD) to October 1, 2024. The affected CPD programs
include Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC)
programs.

TIME: 9:00 - 12:00 pm
LOCATION: LHC - Quail
Who should attend? Staff that are conducting inspections and
supervisors and managers of employees assigned to completed
inspections.
Only one session per registrant please.
